I would LOVE to see this implemented -- its a small feature but the fact it is missing from moz is one of the most anoying things about Moz. I am very suprised this problem has been around as long as it has!

Mayor problems in 1.2b are:
1. MW Scroll sometimes goes crazy and propagate until far end of vertical scrollbar with only one click wheel turn 2. YoYo effect dragging vertical scrollbar while moving wheel 3. AutoScroll / AutoPan behave inconsistently or erratical
